Measure and improve – impact measurement & data: Connect your organisation’s aspirations to impact, and explore how impact tracking can encourage operational excellence and accountability

Is Board Directors the right program for you?
This program is for Board Chairs and Directors of not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises. It is particularly valuable for those early in their board tenure or from non-commercial backgrounds, while also offering experienced directors an opportunity to reflect and refresh. Organisations may choose to enrol their full board.
As program content overlaps across the Boards, CEOS & Executives, and Team Leaders programs, participants are encouraged to attend only one program aligned to their role. Past participants are welcome to reattend, noting that much of the content is similar to previous years.
Participants will have access to:
- Two standalone virtual sessions facilitated by expert McKinsey faculty
- Take-home tools and resources that you can use with your organisation
- A network of Directors in the sector to connect with outside the program
